Golden Bridge Project

Hello!

The Golden Bridge Project is a year-long leadership and mentorship program that connects high school and college student volunteers with individuals of all abilities through friendship, service, advocacy, and community engagement.

Inspired by the foundation established through EduBud's 2025-2026 Blue Bridge Project, the Golden Bridge Project reflects the growing diversity of the EduBud community. As our participants now represent a wide range of abilities, strengths, and support needs, the program has evolved to embrace a broader vision of inclusion and belonging.

The Golden Bridge Project is founded on the belief that every individual possesses inherent value, unique strengths, and the ability to make meaningful contributions to their community. Just as a bridge connects places that may otherwise remain separate, the Golden Bridge Project seeks to connect people through intentional relationships, shared experiences, and collaborative service.

Why is it Golden Bridge?

The color gold symbolizes worth, potential, achievement, and the belief that every person deserves opportunities to grow, contribute, and shine. Through friendship, leadership development, service projects, and community engagement, the mission of Golden Bridge is to build meaningful relationships, pursue long-term team goals, and create bridges of understanding, belonging, and opportunity that connect individuals of all abilities.
